I Purchased a camper in Edmonton and headed out on my road trip to pick it up. I drive a 2009 Ford F450 with 239000kms on it. Truck has always run fantastic. The day I chose to leave it was -25 in the Edmonton/Edson area. The trip was going well until I got between Hinton and Edson and the truck felt like it was loosing power under load. It continually got worse and seem like the truck would go into limp mode then out. I phoned the Ford Dealership in Edson who informed me that he only had an apprentice sweeping the floor and wouldn't have the experience to work on it but from what I was telling him is sounded like the turbos went in the truck. It was Friday afternoon around 5pm so I kew I was going to be stuck in Edson. The Ford dealership recommended a small diesel shop so I limped the truck there. The staff was just getting ready to close up shop but were kind enough to come out and scan the vehicle and again pointed towards the turbos. I purchased the camper through Kevin the service manager at Brentridge Ford so I phone him and informed him I would be able to make the meeting to pick up the camper. I explained the problems I had encountered and with his knowledge and expertise he felt that it could be a different issue. He offered to look at the vehicle if I could get it towed there. By this time I had left the truck at Wieldens repair shop who also deserve a shout out for all their help, what a fantastic group of people there. Keep in mind this all took place when Covid-19 was just starting so things were about to go into lockdown. I had the vehicle towed to Kevin at Brentridge Ford who went down and met the tow truck driver there on his weekend to put the truck in the compound. The following Monday Kevin called me with a update on the truck and found that the exhaust back pressure sensor had froze and moisture had gotten into the air box which also clogged the air filter. Kevin had it repaired with and oil change and mechanical inspection all for under $600. To take this story one step further Kevin then drove my truck and camper to Hinton to meet me to help with saving on my drive time. People like Kevin are hard to come by, he went well beyond his call of duty. Brentridge Ford you should be very proud of the employee you have running your service department. Thank you again for all the help and great service!!

Buying my certified preowned 2017 ford escape was a fantastic experience with Brentridge Ford. I was so impressed with this dealership as I feel completely comfortable and never once felt like a salesman was “waiting to pounce” on me and pressure me into a purchase that I wasn’t interested in. Specifically, Darryle was the salesperson I dealt with, and I have nothing but good things to say about him; honest, super helpful, not pushy or pressuring, gave me all the time I needed to make the right choice on a vehicle purchase, he never made me feel like he was trying to get me to buy the fanciest, most expense option but truly and genuinely listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and did his absolute best to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Always with a friendly smile on his face, Darryle was super patient with me and always very prompt to respond to any of my emails, phone calls and questions … you could tell the amount of time, effort and hard work he put into my vehicle search. And the added bonus, is that all of the staff from financing to maintenance/shop have this same attitude towards their customers too!:) I am so happy I chose to go with Brentridge Ford… and for my next vehicle purchase down the road, I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

We recently had the pleasure of buying a newer used vehicle from Brentridge Ford in Wetaskiwin.
